The boy was being bullied because he was gay and he said he would do it again even though he was expelled. Yeah he was getting bullied but that doesn't give him the right to bring a weapon to school. The administration should have done more to stop the bullying or this might not have happened. He was facing massive bullying and was tormented for months. He might or might not be expelled.
